Unlike other new home purchases, you will not pay any Stamp Duty or GST​.

Are there Body Corporate Fees for our apartment?

Unlike other apartment complexes, there are no Body Corporate fees payable.​

Do we pay Council & Water Rates?

All Council & Water rates are paid by URBANLIFE when you live in one of our lifestyle apartments.​

What are the sizes of the apartments available?

In all of our locations, we offer a choice of two bedroom, two plus study or three bedroom. Each apartment is spacious and architecturally designed with generous balconies. Our designs also incorporate an abundance of natural light, and each development offers a variety of considered indoor and outdoor public & private spaces.
